5. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Important: DMCA notices should only be sent via email to ensure prompt processing. We do not accept DMCA notices through other communication channels.

6. Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  2. Investigate the Claim: Examine the allegedly infringing content
  3. Take Action: Remove or disable access to the content if the claim is valid
  4. Notify the User: Inform any affected content creators about the takedown

6.1 Timeline for Response

  • Initial Review: Within 24 hours of receipt
  • Content Removal: Within 48 hours for valid claims
  • User Notification: Within 72 hours of action taken

7. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that content was removed in error or due to misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:
